When the customer submits any of the services provided by Leathermate and receives an invoice for it, the customer agrees to the terms and service provision policy written on it.
No product will be delivered without an invoice. We urge our customers to keep the invoice and a picture of the product upon receipt. In the event that the invoice is lost, a product receipt must be filled out with a picture of the ID and mobile number attached.
The service fees must be paid in advance before the invoice is issued, and no work will be accepted before its value is paid in advance through the available payment channels.
We store the products provided for the service for a period of 60 days, after which Leathermate will not bear any responsibility for the product and the customer will not have the right to claim it.
We provide maintenance, cleaning, washing, and polishing services by specialists with long experience in the field using the best materials and tools available.
Leathermate is not responsible for any change in the color, texture, or shape of the product due to a manufacturing defect or poor quality of the product from the factory.
The warranty on the services provided extends for 3 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product is not used during this period. The warranty expires after 3 days and the customer is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid after that.
Additional notes:
The service warranty does not cover manufacturing defects such as the company logo falling off, the disappearance of brand letters when cleaning, or changing the color of the product.
The maximum compensation in the event of a service defect is 366 Saudi riyals, regardless of the original product price, after the approval of the administration.
In the event of customer dissatisfaction, an objection to the service can be filed, and the administration will consider the request. If the negligence is proven, only the value of the paid service will be refunded.
